By combining the traditional British beer style IPA and ginger beer and balancing the alcohol content and bitterness, we have created a flavor that goes well with both Japanese and Western-style meals.

It has a citrusy top note, a refreshing ginger flavor that spreads on the palate, and a gorgeous aftertaste reminiscent of tropical fruits_.
This is the second beer brewing challenge for nadeshico, created in partnership with Kuniumi Brewery (kuniumibrewing), a brewery in Taga Town, Shiga!
